Refund’ Return & Shipping Policy
As of today August 25’2024 we recently updated our refund policy
Refund Policy:
* Refund request will now be sent to our specialist team and reviewed starting today Support team will not be able to sent refund to customer.
Chargeback:
* if your bank submit a chargeback then your account may be frozen or suspended for violations our refund & chargeback policy that we do not allow.
Miss Payment:
* if there a miss payment notice on your account then your account will not be suspended but your account will be locked 🔒 and tracked until you pay your remaining balance
* If you unable to pay your balance or subscription contract customer service for payment options to help you for a limited time period
Shipping & Returns:
* We ship all orders with a third party company and shipping taxes is dependent on your state
* Return are accepted within 14 day period customer are required to pay for return price
Lost In Transit:
* if your package is still in transit please allow the tracking information to update within 24-48 hours
* If your packages say delivered but not received sorry to hear that please file a claim with our Account review team or contact customer service so our specialist team can investigate your case if your order is eligible for a refund or replacement we will make our decision on a solution if your order isn’t eligible for a refunded or replacement and we can’t refill your request then you will need to file a dispute with your financial bank 🏦
To Many Refund Or Return:
* We will review your purchase history to see how many refund or refund was submitted we will review your account history if necessary and request by third party customer care team
* To many return or refund can lead up to account termination
